Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê (/ˈëlɘ/ /ɪˈʃɘrë/ [awful; terrible] [cavity; armpit]) is a temperate Large City located in Îtëvîtafi County, Pifîkèli Provence, within the Daland.

The name Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê is derived from the Sylvin language, as Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê was founded by Kèbè, who was culturaly Iron Elf.

Climate

Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê was founded durring the late 12th century in summer of the year 1099, by Kèbè. The establishment of Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the city has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.

Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century an up-welling of water from beneath the earth caused Stream Torden to surge and overflow its banks. The resulting flood was isolated to the area around Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê, which was swallowed by the waters for several days. Ëlê-îthêrë Ratê lost 278 people, 135 livestock, and 27 buildings in the disaster. The disaster is remembered as the Mourning Drownings.
